Food can and should serve your health. Contrary to widespread myths, preparing healthy and tasty food does not have to be expensive, it does not have to take hours, and you do not have to make sacrifices and eat tasteless food.
The goal of 3H Food personal counseling is to give you information about the food you consume and about more or less healthy ways of preparing certain foods. The aim is to get you to know and listen to your body better. Together we will find your great WHY in the context of nutrition and adapt it to your needs and body condition.
Does that mean you need to become a vegetarian or vegan? Absolutely not. This means that I will encourage you to make dietary changes and positive shifts that you are willing to make at a given moment. And that includes gradually veganizing your menu, adding more natural, fresh and lively foods. Again, to the extent that suits you.
